Interior Tenant Improvement – Clinical & Assembly Spaces
Interior tenant improvement project involving selective demolition, interior wall adjustments, and functional reorganization of clinical and assembly spaces. The project consisted of an open minor interior remodel within an existing facility, including selective interior demolition, modification of non-load-bearing partitions, reconfiguration of rooms and circulation paths, and coordination of interior architectural elements to improve functionality and code compliance. All work was performed within the existing building envelope without exterior modifications. Role included interior renovation execution and coordination, selective demolition oversight, interior layout modifications, architectural plan coordination, quality control, and compliance with approved interior drawings.
